Our commitment

My Clever CPA, LLC wants every client and visitor to be able to find information about our services, reach our offices and book a consultation, regardless of disability. We work to make this website accessible and to improve it over time.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA (opens in a new tab). These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We know of the limitations listed below and are working to address them.

What we have done

  • Every page has a clear title, a single main heading and a logical heading order.
  • A skip link lets keyboard users jump past the navigation to the main content.
  • All menus, links and buttons can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
  • The site works when zoomed and on small screens, and it respects the reduced motion setting on your device.
  • Links that open a new tab tell screen reader users before they do.

Known limitations

  • Online booking calendar. The consultation booking calendar on our contact page is provided by a third party, and we cannot fully control its accessibility. If you have any trouble using it, call any of our offices and we will book your appointment for you.
  • Linked documents and external websites. Some links lead to websites we do not control, such as government tax agencies. Their accessibility is the responsibility of their owners.

You never need to use this website to work with us. You can call any of our offices during business hours (Sunday to Friday, 11am to 8pm Eastern) or email us, and we will help you directly.
