Services
Accounting and tax services
Five areas of work. Most clients use two or three of them, and the value is usually in how they connect rather than in any one on its own.

Services we offer
People usually arrive with one problem. More often than not it turns out to be a symptom of a different one, which is why the bookkeeping and the tax work sit in the same firm.

Individual, business, partnership and multi-state returns, prepared with the planning done before December rather than after.
Tax services02

Trusts and Estates
Fiduciary income tax, gift and estate returns, and the accounting that keeps a trust administration clean.
Trusts and estates04
Nonprofit
Form 990 and the annual reporting that keeps tax-exempt status intact, for boards that would rather be doing the work.

IRS Representation
Notices, audit support, back taxes and collection matters, handled so you are not the one on the phone.
RepresentationOur process
What to expect, step by step
The same four stages whichever service you came for. Most of the value sits in the first two, before anything is filed.
Review the last few years
Prior returns show the pattern, the missed elections and whether the structure still fits what you do.
Get the records straight
Reconciled books and a trial balance worth trusting, before any advice is given off them.
Plan while it still counts
Entity, compensation, retirement and timing decisions taken before year end rather than reported after it.
File, then stay available
Returns prepared and filed, and a reachable person when a notice turns up in August.
Not sure which you need?
Describe the situation and we will tell you which of these actually applies, including if the answer is none of them.
